  • Are you a Hotel?
    We are not hotel. We offer fully furnished Apartments in luxury buildings in Jersey City.As much as we want to have every guest in our apartments, we want to make sure that our guests doesn’t interfere with privacy of residents of the building and respect the neighbors. They must follow the rules and guidelines of the community. We are not Hotel; we provide apartment homes in residential buildings and we would like to welcome the guests who are ready to treat it as their own home.
  • What type of apartments do you have?
    We offer Studios, One Bedroom, Two bedrooms and Three Bedroom apartments.
  • Do you provide Towels and Bed Sheets?
    Yes, Towels, Bed Sheets, Linen etc. is provided in the apartment.
  • Do you provide toiletries in the apartment?
    There is initial set of toiletries, which is good for 1-2 days. For longer stays, you can purchase it from super market.
  • Is there Free internet? What is the speed?
    Every apartment has it’s dedicated Internet connection. Generally, speed is 50 MBPS or higher.
  • What is available in the Kitchen?
    It means that kitchen is equipped if you want to cook. Every kitchen is equipped with

    • Property Amenities Access

    • What are the available amenities in the building?
      All of our apartments are located in Hi-end luxury buildings. Your stay includes to access of all building amenities such as Fitness Center/Gym, Spa Room, Outdoor Pool, Kids indoor and outdoor play area, Bar B cue Grills, Game Room, Theater Room, Business Center access. However, some of them might require reservation.
    • Do we have access to building amenities?
      Yes, you can access all the building amenities. You will have access to Gym/Fitness Center, Kids Indoor/Outdoor Play, Game Room, Spa Room, Business Center, Theatre Room etc.
    • When is the swimming pool open?
      Generally, Pool is open from May 31st to September 4th weekend.
    • Do you have luggage storage facility?
      Since, we are located in residential buildings, we don’t have place to storage luggage. But, we have an offsite facility to store luggage at nominal daily charge.
    • Do you offer Airport Shuttle?
      We partner with Taxi/Cab service and offer Transportation services from all the airports. Please contact us for further information at info@zensuitesnyc.com
    • Check-in/Check-out

    • What is your check-in time and check-out times?
      Check-in time is 4pm. Check-out time is 11am.
    • I am going to arrive at midnight. How do I receive the keys?
      There is 24 hour doorman, who will be available to handover the keys to you at any time. You will need to show your photo id to him.
    • Do you offer early check-in?
      If no one is staying in the apartment, night before you arrive, then we will offer early check-in at no cost. If you are arriving really early such as 7am after long flight, we advise to book an extra night so that you can access the unit as soon as you arrive.
    • Do you offer late check-out?
      In order to get the apartment ready for next guest for 4pm check-in, unfortunately late check-out is not possible most of the time. But, we try our best to help you; if know next guest is arriving late.
    • Do you have luggage storage facility?

    • How far is New York City? How do I go to New York City?

    • How far are your apartments from New York City?
      All of our apartments are within 3-5 minutes of walking distance from 24 hour subway Path train. Path train runs 24 hours and it takes 5 – 15 minutes to reach New York City, depending on where you want to go in New York City.
    • What train do you take to go to New York City?
      A You will take PATH train to go to New York City. PATH train runs 24 hours. The Path train information can be found at http://www.panynj.gov/path/maps-schedules.html
    • How much PATH train cost?
      Train cost is around $2.25/ride. The fare schedule is available at http://www.panynj.gov/path/fares.html. You will board the train from Newport Station towards 33rd Street.
    • How do you go to New York City attractions?

      You walk to subway train station (Newport) i.e. 3-4 minutes walk. Then, you take subway PATH train to New York City ; PATH train runs 24 hours.

      • World Trade Center : PATH Train ride is 5-7 minutes.
      • Empire State Building : PATH Train ride is 15 minutes.
      • Times Square : PATH Train ride is 15 minutes. Then
        • You walk 6 blocks in Manhattan (7 minutes), which is lot of fun to walk.
      • or take Subway (1 stop) around 2 minutes.
    • Madison Square Garden : Train ride is 15 minutes, then you need to walk one block (2 minutes).

    • Is the Neighborhood safe?
      Absolutely, this is one of the best neighborhoods. This is family friendly upscale neighborhood of Jersey City. It is completely safe at anytime during day or night.
    • How far is the nearest grocery store?
      Grocery store is within 1 minutes to 5 minutes walk from our properties, depending on where you are staying. Grocery store is open from 6am to midnight 7 days a week.
    • How far is nearest shopping mall?
      Newport Shopping Mall is only 2-3 minutes walk from most of our buildings.
    • What are the options of Restaurants/Bars in the neighborhood?
      There are plenty of restaurants and fast food options within 1 minute to 7 minute walking distance. Newport shopping mall has lot of restaurants too and it is only 2-3 minutes walking distance. Please search for restaurants in Newport Jersey City Area.
    • How far are your apartments form the Airports?
      • Newark Liberty International Airport is only 13 miles.
      • JFK Airport is around 21 miles.
      • LGA Airport is around 14 miles.
    • I want to reserve an apartment?

    • What modes of payment do you accept?
      We accept Credit Card, Checks (Cheques), Bank to Bank Wire Transfer, Direct Deposit, Chase Quick Pay, Zelle Payment, Paypal, Venmo, Western Union.
    • Can I make the booking on your website?
      Yes. Please follow these steps to make an online Booking

      1. Go to www.zensuitesnyc.com/book
      2. Enter your check-in and Check-out Dates
      3. Enter Number of People
      4. Hit Search
      5. You will be presented with list of Properties. These are not apartments, just list of our properties.

      6. Click “Book Now” to select Property.
      7. You will see list of Apartments. Please select the Apartment using Quantity Box.
      8. Please confirm your check-in dates and check-out dates.
      9. Please confirm Number of Guests including children or infants.
      10. Hit “Book”. You will be taken to confirm your reservation
      11. Select any extra service, Fill in the details
      12. Click Confirm Booking. Please be patient, it takes some time
      13. On Booking Confirmation Screen, you must complete the Payment. If you don’t pay, your booking is not confirmed in System
    • What is your cancellation policy?
      Our standard cancellation policy is non-refundable within 60 days of arrival. We are fully committed to provide you an apartment and reserve one for you. We do understand that you might have special conditions pertaining to your travel, so we are willing to work with you on creating customizing cancellation policy for your needs.
